I was very impressed with Knox Details. My car looks better then expected. My car is 10 yrs old and getting traded in within a couple years. I didn’t want to sink a bunch of money into it, so I went with a cheaper service. Yes, there are still defects, but the car looks better than I thought it would. Defects I expected to be noticeable are not. Defects I expected to be very visible are there because I know to look for them. I am very happy with the service I received. Jordan even went above and beyond on an unrelated issue. As someone that has worked in customer service for 20+ years, I was impressed.
